Meet Romeo
I don't know what the deal is: animals keep finding their way into our home. Although I do not necessarily hate animals (I actually like them, it's what they do that I take issue with), I just don't want a house full of them. I never have and doubt I ever will. The few we have are enough- and in some cases even these drive me crazy with the damage they do to our home.
While I was at work this afternoon, my wife called to inform me that an associate of hers was giving up their little Pug very soon. Months before, we were given a heads up of the possibility, at which point I agreed in a moment of weakness that another dog may be a good thing. I never thought it would happen, and I certainly didn't want it to happen. Wouldn't you know it, this situation landed the dog in our home for a trial run this afternoon.
Meet Romeo. He's a cute little dog, and he's potty trained, but he has special diet and allergy needs. He has a cute little bed and cute little toys. He likes kids and cats and other dogs. Our son loves him, but I'm not sure of how it will all work out. If he doesn't stay here, he'll need to go to another good home.
So far, it's been crazy with our existing dog and the kids aren't getting into bed as they're supposed to. God help us.
Good Night
