Or, was it "It's Always Better At Friday's"? At any rate, things are looking up. Here we are, riding out the last few hours of the work week, headed into the weekend.
As I write this, I'm still sitting in my cubicle from work. It's getting late and we've just concluded the second maintenance interval this month. Servers are patched, systems are tested and all seems to be in great shape. I'm thankful these tasks, frustrations and failures of the work week are finally over. I'm leaving these thoughts and memories behind and am looking forward to seeing what the Lord has planned this weekend.

12Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. 13Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, 14I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
