After running errands this morning, it was time to head out to the country and celebrate my brother in law's 40th birthday. Many family and friends gathered together for a BBQ dinner and 2 types of cake for dessert. Some of the attendees haven't been seen for 15 years, so as you can imagine, there was a lot of catching up to do.
The gaggle of kids enjoyed jumping on the trampoline, playing volleyball, horeseshoes and swimming in the creek out in the back yard. God's beauty was evident in many ways today.
